What is SWOLF?

SWOLF (Swim Golf) is a metric used to evaluate swimming efficiency. It is calculated as:

Formula:
SWOLF = Stroke count + Time (seconds)

For example, if you swim 50 meters in a pool using 40 seconds and 30 strokes, your SWOLF score is:
30 (strokes) + 40 (time) = 70.

The lower your SWOLF score, the more efficient your swimming is.
