What is "Body Energy"?

The Body Energy combines recovery, exercise, sleep, and physical stress, using a vivid design metaphor of a battery to help you understand the changes in physical energy throughout the day and plan your energy use rationally. The recovery value in the morning can effectively reveal the body's recovery status after a night's rest. However, the recovery value does not change accordingly during the day (unless sleep data from the previous night was not captured or fluctuated), and it cannot effectively clarify how much energy has been consumed and how much remains. We hope to use the Body Energy data to quickly help you better understand the changes in physical energy over time throughout the day.

How is the Body Energy calculated?

The Body Energy is calculated based on the body's stress level. Higher physical stress leads to more energy consumption, while lower stress consumes less energy, and very low stress triggers charging. Typically, if the previous night's sleep quality was good or the recovery value was high, it would charge more energy into the body.

Please note that the amount of energy charged into the Body Energy is not always the same as your recovery score. As it approaches the upper and lower limits, it becomes increasingly difficult to charge and discharge the Body Energy. Finally, the Body Energy is cumulative. The Body Energy value at the end of the previous day is carried forward to the next day as the starting point for that day's Body Energy.
