Dimensions of Sleep Quality
Our sleep quality assessment consists of five core dimensions:
Total Sleep Time
The actual duration of sleep you obtain each night.Restorative Sleep
The proportion of deep sleep and REM sleep, reflecting the recovery of the body and brain.Sleep Continuity
Whether sleep is frequently interrupted and can maintain a stable state.Sleep Efficiency
The ratio of actual sleep time to total time spent in bed.Sleep Regularity
Whether bedtime and wake-up time remain consistent, indicating regular sleep patterns.
Focusing on these five dimensions allows for a more comprehensive understanding and improvement of your sleep quality.
