Dimensions of Sleep Quality

Our sleep quality assessment consists of five core dimensions:

  • Total Sleep Time
The actual duration of sleep you obtain each night.

  • Restorative Sleep
The proportion of deep sleep and REM sleep, reflecting the recovery of the body and brain.

  • Sleep Continuity
Whether sleep is frequently interrupted and can maintain a stable state.

  • Sleep Efficiency
The ratio of actual sleep time to total time spent in bed.

  • Sleep Regularity
Whether bedtime and wake-up time remain consistent, indicating regular sleep patterns.

Focusing on these five dimensions allows for a more comprehensive understanding and improvement of your sleep quality.
