Why Don't I Have Sleep Data Details?

PeakWatch's sleep data primarily comes from Apple Health. If Apple Health doesn't have complete sleep data details, PeakWatch cannot display them either.

In the Apple ecosystem, Apple Watch is the primary and most comprehensive source of sleep data. While some third-party apps or devices can write sleep data to Apple Health, this data usually only includes sleep duration or awake time and doesn't include complete sleep stages.

For example: Some sleep apps: Only write sleep duration WHOOP: Only writes awake time and total sleep duration to Apple Health

When Apple Health itself doesn't have sleep stage data, PeakWatch will be unable to display corresponding sleep details.
