Data Deletion Instructions
We value your privacy and make it easy for you to delete your data when needed. Follow these steps to delete your data associated with PeakWatch:
Option 1: Delete Data Through the App
- Open the App - Launch the PeakWatch app on your device.
- Go to Settings - Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Tap on your account avatar to open your profile
- Scroll down to find "My Account" option and tap on it
- Find and select the Delete Account option. Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm Deletion - Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. You may be asked to enter your password for security.
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you’re unable to delete your data through the app, you can contact us directly:
Send an email to hi@peakwatch.co.
Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your account.
- A brief statement requesting data deletion.
- What Happens After You Request Data Deletion?
- We will process your request within 7 business days.
- All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, including backups.
